Leytonstone Flats - Refurbishment
The original mixed pre-cast and in-situ concrete framed structures suffered spalled concrete, stained external surfaces and condensation problems through lack of adequate insulation. The client wanted to enclose private balconies and increase the internal floor area of each flat.
