Mastrick Flats - Refurbishment
Prior to refurbishment, Aberdeen City Council undertook a survey amongst the tenants to establish any issues with the block of flats. Feedback from the tenants highlighted that the balconies of the flats suffered greatly from roosting pigeons, which had made the balconies become virtually off limits
