Structherm Ltd are the UK market leading manufacturer of structural external wall insulation (SEWI) and standard EWI systems for social housing, residential and public sector property projects in both the refurbishment and new build markets.
We are looking to strengthen our sales team through the appointment of an additional Technical Sales Manager for the UK North – Covering the North East, North West & North Wales. Ideal location would be around the M62 corridor.
The role of the Technical Sales Manager – EWI / Structural EWI Systems will involve:
- Selling the unique structural external wall insulation systems along with a range of high-quality external wall insulation products and systems to installation contractors via the specification supply chain
- Securing social housing projects via local authorities and housing associations
- Generating business opportunities through specification via architects and specifiers
- Effective project management
- CPD presentations
- Sales growth through the strengthening of existing working partnerships with approved installation contractors and the development of an effective regional installer network
- Maintaining accurate records through CRM
The candidate:
- Must have experience in sales of external wall insulation (EWI) systems via installation contractors
- Have a proven track record of specification sales via architects, local authorities and housing associations
- Have experience in social housing markets
- Be experienced in sales to both refurbishment and new build projects
- Hold a sound technical understanding of thermal building properties
- Be commercially aware, a competent administrator and an effective communicator
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Remuneration: Competitive salary – dependent on experience
