Structherm are the market leading experts of External Wall Insulation, with a unique specialised structural refurbishment system for the non-traditional low rise and high rise social housing market. We have over 40 years’ experience in the industry and are now seeking to further promote our enviable reputation with the appointment of a Building Systems Technician to fully support our technical department.
Purpose of the role
- To support the technical delivery of Structherm projects.
- Produce concise drawings and specifications
- 3D Modelling
- Assist with technical project management utilising CRM software (Salesforce)
- Use of software packages to undertake thermal and wind load calculations (Training will be provided)
The ideal candidate would have:
- Good technical knowledge of the construction industry
- Qualification in a construction related subject
- You must have excellent communication and language skills, be computer literate, especially in Excel and be willing to learn the use of new software.
- Good AutoCad and SketchUp skills are essential
- Knowledge of Fusion 360/Revit is desirable, but not essential
- Some knowledge of Building Regulations is desirable, but not essential
