Two new staff members join Structherm technical and customer service teams.
Alison Thornton joined our customer service team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator in July. She will help the smooth running of the sales process, and the efficient and timely delivery of materials to site. Along with Caroline, Alison is the first port of call for our Approved Installation Contractors in need of materials.
She has over 10 years of customer service experience, and before this worked on Timber Frame design and estimating in the construction industry.
The technical team have an excellent history of customer support, with expert advice given for each project. This will continue with Hayley Chadbond, our new CAD Technician, who started in late July. Working with Julian, she will assist the design team, by producing both working detail drawings, proposed refurbishment layouts and construction details.
Hayley attended the University of Huddersfield where she graduated in Architectural Technology. During University her studies focused on CAD drawings, construction methods and building regulations. Hayley has also worked in Project Management and customer services.
Both Alison and Hayley join Structherm during a time of growth and development as we work to meet increasing demand. As more projects come in, the technical and customer service departments will benefit greatly from their help.
These two new staff members join Structherm with John Sparrow, Steve Easey, Ricky Davies, Mohammed Zaid and Amy Williamson, who also started this past year.
