The 2019 INCA Awards ceremony was held at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham on Thursday 28th November. These awards in particular are a highlight of the industry calendar, and celebrate the best external wall insulation systems, designers and suppliers. Not limited to new build design, the awards also include refurbishment projects, and suppliers, as well as a Heritage Award, which celebrates long lasting design quality.

This year, Structherm are proud announce that Lancaster House was Highly Commended for the Heritage Award.

Judges were impressed with how the finish of the project has stood the test of time, not only remaining free of mould, but in maintaining the vibrant colours that were installed originally.

The Heritage Award is awarded to projects that have stood the test of time. In eight years, the needs of the industry can evolve and projects recognised in this category were clearly designed with longevity in mind.

We are proud to be Highly Commended in this category for our work on Lancaster House in Sandwell. Installed in 2010, Lancaster house still looks as impressive today as the day it was completed.
