We are happy to announce that Structherm have been shortlisted in two categories for the 2019 Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) Awards. The awards recognise achievements in new build and refurbished projects, and product innovation in the external wall insulation field as well as celebrate the best work in the industry. Suppliers, installers, and designers can enter new build and refurbishment projects or any of the other categories.
Refurbishment - Low Rise
The Durham project was also shortlisted for the Low Rise Refurbishment Award. As part of this project, Westdale Services installed our standard EWI system on over 100 solid wall homes as Phase 1 of a larger scheme. Houses in the surrounding area are of a traditional stone build. The colour tones in the ArtBrick ArtStone finish resemble those in those in the local stone, so the client chose it for the scheme.
Heritage Award
The Heritage Award for instance, is awarded to projects that have stood the test of time. In eight years, the needs of the industry can evolve and projects recognised in this category were clearly designed with longevity in mind. We are proud to be finalists in this category for our work on Lancaster House in Sandwell. Installed in 2010, Lancaster house still looks as impressive today as the day it was completed.
This follows success in previous years. The Wrexham Airey project was Highly Commended for the Refurbishment Award last year. In 2015, we won two INCA awards: Refurbishment – Low Rise for the Craghead Regeneration, as well as the Refurbishment – High Rise Award for Worcester High Rise.
The ceremony will be a black-tie Awards Dinner, held on Thursday 28th November at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham. The evening is sure to be a fantastic celebration of all the work those shortlisted have put in over the past year.
